2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 2,500, if applicable.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days (after order confirmation).

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city or remote location.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation (if applicable).

• You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Strikes or transport issues

• Incorrect or incomplete address information

We are not responsible for such delays but will try our best to keep you updated.

If tracking is available, we will share a tracking link or number via WhatsApp or call or email once your package is dispatched.

7. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the item and packaging.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in most areas.

• Refusing COD orders repeatedly may result in suspension of COD for future orders.
